学生是学习活动的主体,是教学过程的能动参与者,学生的学是不能被教师的教所取代的活动,学生的主体地位不容忽视,发挥学生的主体作用,促进学生的主体发展,是素质教育的必经之路。法国教育家卢梭认为:“教育艺术是使学生喜欢你所教的东西。”所以我们在教学过程中,应该积极营造开放的教学环境,让学生主动开发自身的潜能,使语文课堂成为学生自己的舞台。下面我就结合平时教学实际对促进学生主体发展谈谈自己的几点思考。
