This paper selects the four most representative literary texts reflecting the life history of American Chinese by Daffodils, Topaz Wong, Maxine Ting, and Amy Tan, and studies the Chinese culture reproduced by them in the academic paradigm of cultural studies. The article uses a variety of theoretical resources to analyze various cultural phenomena, while the axis is the use of Foucault’s discourse of power and Gramsci’s hegemony theory to analyze the ethnic Chinese ethnic culture. The article puts forward his own understanding of the overall appearance, characteristics and track of the development of American Chinese culture: Chinese culture refuses resistance to the mainstream white culture and absorbs and presents as a complex “tie-in” relationship. At the same time, There are many differences between the times and the crowds. The four female writers vividly reflect the historical process of Chinese American culture and history.
