目的探讨综合护理干预在急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月—2015年4月徐州矿务集团第二医院收治的急性上消化道出血患者78例,按照入院顺序不同分为对照组与观察组,各39例。观察组患者予以综合护理干预,对照组予以常规护理。观察两组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度、知识掌握度。结果观察组患者治疗依从率高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患者治疗依从性、护理满意度及知识掌握度。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Second Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from July 2013 to April 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission. Patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, while those in control group were given routine nursing care. Observe the compliance of two groups of patients, nursing satisfaction, knowledge mastery. Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the score of knowledge control was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding effect is significant, which can effectively improve patient compliance, nursing satisfaction and knowledge of the degree of control.
