The production and elimination of various toxins, free radicals, and peroxides in the human body are closely related to the occurrence, growth, and prognosis of tumors through their effects on biologically active molecules, cells, and tissues. NO, MDA, SOD and GSH-Px play a very important role in toxin and antitoxin, oxidation and antioxidation in vivo. This study measured the levels of NO, MDA, SOD, and GSH-Px in 95 patients with cancer, and analyzed 10 cases of gastric cancer, 10 cases of breast cancer before and after surgery, and 20 cases of lung cancer and other cancers before and after chemotherapy and chemotherapy.
