文章结合常吉高速公路路基强夯的工程实践,对红砂岩碎石路基进行了强夯试验研究,分析了强夯法处理红砂岩碎石土路基的效果,提出了该段路基强夯设计参数。现场通过预埋沉降板和测斜管的试验方法,研究了土体在强夯作用下土体的表层和深层变形规律。现场测定了强夯前后土体的干密度和孔隙比,对比可知,强夯作用后路基的密实性有了较大提高。最后,分析了土体孔隙比、压实度和夯沉量之间的关系,结合试验结果,该段路基在现有强夯设计参数作用下可以达到要求的压实效果。
In this paper, the dynamic compaction test of red sandstone crushed stone embankment is carried out in combination with engineering practice of dynamic compaction of subgrade of Changji Expressway. The effect of dynamic compaction on the treatment of red sandstone crushed stone embankment is analyzed. The design parameters of dynamic compaction of subgrade are proposed. The test method of embedded settlement plate and inclinometer pipe was adopted to study the law of surface and deep deformation of soil under dynamic compaction. The dry density and void ratio of soil before and after dynamic compaction were measured on the spot. Comparing, we can see that the compaction of subgrade has been greatly improved after dynamic compaction. Finally, the relationship between soil void ratio, compaction degree and the amount of compaction is analyzed. According to the test results, the compaction effect can be achieved under the existing dynamic compaction design parameters.
