为了满足某型无人直升机操控以及执行侦察任务需求,同时提高系统的可靠性、维护性和性价比,综合利用人机工程技术、计算机网络技术、余度设计技术,开展了系统布局设计、操作席位设计、余度设计、环控设计以及供配电等设计.系统设计完成后,开展了各构成设备加工,并进行了集成与测试,重点考核了各项性能指标的符合性.目前该地面控制站已用于某型无人直升机系统的试飞和执行侦察任务,经使用表明,与以往的地面控制站相比,该系统运行稳定、可靠,人机功效良好,满足某型无人直升机系统需求.“,”In order to meet the requirements of control and performing reconnaissance missions for a type of unmanned helicopters, and improve the system reliability, maintenance and cost performance at the same time, the unmanned helicopter GCS (ground control station) is improved by means of comprehensive utilization of ergonomic technologies, computers and Ethernet technologies, and redundancy design technologies. General layout design, operating seats design, redundancy design, environment design, power supply and distribution design are carried out. After design, the manufacture of each component is carried out. System integration and test is carried out in order to verify each performance. The GCS is used for flight test and reconnaissance missions of the unmanned helicopter system. The usage shows that the unmanned helicopter GCS has better stability, higher reliability and better man-machine interaction. The unmanned helicopter GCS fully meets the demands of helicopter systems.
