青少年体育俱乐部是学校体育走向社会化、产业化的重要途径之一。论文主要采用实地考察法与专家访谈等研究方法,对宁波市省级青少年体育俱乐部的运行现状与问题进行分析,结果表明,政府相关部门在管理过程中存在管理目标差异,政策法规不完善,监管机制不健全等问题;俱乐部发展过程中存有发展目标不明确,管理规范性缺乏,师资队伍建设困难,品牌活动缺乏等问题;体育供需市场存在产品开发缺乏创新,体育赛事缺乏规范,合作共享资源缺乏及服务范围局限等问题,针对省级青少年体育俱乐部存在的问题提出相应的对策,为我国青少年体育俱乐部健康可持续发展提供参考。
Youth sports club is one of the important ways to promote the socialization and industrialization of school sports. The dissertation mainly analyzes the operation status and problems of provincial youth sports clubs in Ningbo with research methods such as field investigation and expert interviews. The results show that there are some differences in management objectives between the relevant government departments in the management process, the imperfect policies and regulations, Mechanism is not perfect and so on; there are some problems in the process of club development such as the unclear development target, the lack of normative management, the difficulty of teaching staff construction and the lack of brand activity; the lack of innovation in sports supply and demand market, the lack of norms in sports competition and the cooperation and sharing of resources Lacking and limited scope of service, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in the provincial youth sports clubs and provides a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the youth sports clubs in our country.
