2003年11月22日,江西亚东水泥公司瑞昌制造厂举行了第二条生一线竣工投产仪式,来自海峡两岸400多人前来道喜况贺。江西省委副书记、副省长吴新雄、人大副主任孙用和、省政协、省纪委、省台办以及九江市各级领导参加了庆典。主管工业副省长凌成兴、中国水泥协会会长雷前治等发表了热情洋溢的讲话。
On November 22, 2003, Ruianchang Factory of Jiangxi Yadong Cement Company held a second birth completion ceremony. More than 400 people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait came to Daohe Hega. Wu Xinxiong, deputy governor of Jiangxi Provincial Committee and vice governor of Jiangxi Province, Sun Yonghe, deputy director of the NPC, provincial CPPCC, Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, provincial Taiwan Affairs Office and leaders of all levels in Jiujiang City attended the celebration. Ling Chengxing, vice governor of industry, Lei Qianzhi, president of China Cement Association, delivered a warm speech.
