就业问题是我国经济社会中最为突出的矛盾之一。长期以来,技术创新的就业效应备受争议。本文从技术创新基础条件、资金及人力投入、产出及绩效三个方面分析我国企业技术创新的现状,进而研究技术创新对就业的创造效应和破坏效应,着重剖析技术创新提高资本有机构成,加大企业风险,导致结构性失业,提高管理效率等就业破坏效应。基于此,我们提出破解企业技术创新就业破坏效应的有效途径。
Employment is one of the most prominent contradictions in our economy and society. For a long time, the employment effect of technological innovation is controversial. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese enterprises’ technological innovation from the basic conditions of technological innovation, capital and human input, output and performance, and then studies the creative and destructive effects of technological innovation on employment. It focuses on the analysis of technological innovation to increase the organic composition of capital, plus Large enterprise risks, leading to structural unemployment, improve management efficiency and other employment damage effects. Based on this, we propose an effective way to solve the employment destructive effect of technological innovation in enterprises.
