一、说教材“学会调控情绪”是第三单元“过富有情趣的生活”中第六课“做情绪的主人”的第二框,对应课程标准中的如下内容:“成长中的我”“认识自我”部分:学会调节和控制情绪,保持乐观心态;以及“我与他人关系”中“交往与沟通”部分:关心和尊重他人,体会‘己所不欲,勿施于人’的道理,学会换位思考,能够与人为善。初一学生的心理发展还很不成熟,表现在情绪方面亦是如此。他们的情绪具有易冲动、不稳定、极端化等特点,这使不少学
