本文较为详细地介绍了建筑物全寿命周期碳排放的计算方法,并开展了对木结构和混凝土结构的建筑全寿命周期内碳排放对比分析研究。研究表明:木结构建筑生命周期碳排放较少。建筑物在运营维护阶段的碳排放占建筑生命周期总碳排放比例最大,为95%左右。因此,通过减少这一阶段的建筑能源消耗来减小碳排放是建筑节能减排的重点和关键。
This paper introduces the calculation method of full-life-cycle carbon emissions of buildings in detail and carries out a comparative study of carbon emissions over the life-cycle of buildings with wood and concrete structures. Research shows that: the life cycle of wood-based construction has less carbon emissions. The carbon emission of buildings during operation and maintenance phase accounts for the largest proportion of the total carbon emission during the construction life cycle, which is about 95%. Therefore, reducing carbon emissions by reducing building energy consumption at this stage is the key and key issue of building energy efficiency and emission reduction.
