伴随着近年高等职业院校的蓬勃发展,学生助理辅导员工作制作为一个新兴的学生自主管理机制逐渐被我国各大高校引入,并逐步完善。大学新生作为高校心理问题的三大高发人群之一,如何引导积极主动的进行自我调节,减少高职新生入学后的心理问题与不适感,尽快适应大学生活。在认识学生制的前提下,深入剖析学生助理辅导员制在新生适应性教育方面所取得的成效,进一步探讨具有我国特色的学生助理辅导员制在新生适应性教育中的实施方法。
With the vigorous development of higher vocational colleges in recent years, the student assistant counselor work system as an emerging student self-management mechanism has gradually been introduced into China’s major colleges and universities, and gradually improved. As one of the three high-risk groups in college psychology, freshmen should lead self-regulation initiatively, reduce the psychological problems and discomfort after admission, and adapt to university life as soon as possible. On the premise of recognizing the student system, this paper deeply analyzes the effectiveness of the student assistant counselor system in freshmen adaptive education, and further explores the implementation method of the student assistant tutor system with Chinese characteristics in freshmen adaptive education.
