中国电信业新一轮重组后,形成了中国移动、中国联通、中国电信三家运营商。中国电信业重组和各运营商的全业务经营,使传统的电信运营形态和演进路径正在发生重大变化。我国电信企业要想在竞争如此激烈的市场环境中占有一席之地,就必须强化和完善人才的激励机制。在现代知识经济和信息社会中,劳务派遣是很重要的一种用工形式,电信企业普遍采用劳务用工形式来吸纳企业所需的人才。所以,如何对企业中的劳务工进行管理和激励,成为重组后各个电信运营商竞争的关键问题之一。
After the new round of restructuring of China’s telecom industry, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom have formed three operators. The reorganization of China’s telecom industry and the full operation of all operators make the traditional telecom operation form and evolution path undergoing major changes. In order to occupy a place in such a highly competitive market environment, the telecom enterprises in our country must strengthen and perfect the incentive mechanism of talents. In the modern knowledge-based economy and information society, labor dispatch is a very important form of employment. Telecom companies generally adopt labor-service forms to absorb the talents needed by enterprises. Therefore, how to manage and motivate laborers in enterprises has become one of the key issues in the competition of various telecom operators after the reorganization.
