冷冻医疗技术应用于临床治疗疾病,虽已有很久的历史,但直到60年代以来,我国才有较大的发展。逐步成为一项新的医疗方法一冷冻医疗。冷冻对机体的作用是,致冷后细胞间隙中出现冰晶,细胞外溶质相对浓缩,细胞内水份外渗、脱水。冰晶随着冷冻时间的延长而增大,致使细胞壁皱缩,细胞内溶质浓缩,而使细胞发生性变。冷冻还可产生自抗体而出现免疫,使转移病灶缓解或被吸收。因此,冷冻对组织的破坏是一系列因素综合作用的结果。
