目前,在人民币升值的巨大压力下,我国对外贸易良性发展受到极大挑战。如何利用本币升值契机完成产业结构升级和出口商品结构优化是我们急于解决的问题。鉴于日本当年为应对日元大幅升值推行政策失误的教训,我国应根据本国具体情况和国际贸易商品结构升级趋势,适时进行各项政策调整,推进我国出口商品结构升级、优化。 At present, under the tremendous pressure of RMB appreciation, the healthy development of China’s foreign trade has been greatly challenged. How to use the opportunity of currency appreciation to complete the upgrading of industrial structure and optimize the structure of export commodities is an issue that we are eager to solve. In view of the lessons Japan made in its policy mistakes in implementing the substantial appreciation of the Japanese yen, China should, in accordance with its own specific conditions and the trend of the upgrading of the structure of international trade, make timely adjustments to its policies to promote the upgrading and optimization of China’s export commodities structure.
