本文用流式细胞术(FCM)定量测定了53例腮腺肿瘤石蜡标本的DNA含量,结果显示,腮腺恶性肿瘤的DNA指数(DI)高度良性肿瘤,而且其S期细胞百分数(S%)也较良性肿瘤高。以DI=1.14,S%=14%,作为判断腮腺肿瘤良恶性的界值,87.5%的腮腺肿瘤仅用上述两个参数即可正确判定良恶性。
Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to quantify the DNA content of paraffin-embedded specimens from 53 cases of parotid gland tumors. The results showed that the DNA index (DI) of parotid malignant tumors was highly benign and the percentage of S-phase cells (S%) was also higher. Benign tumors are high. With DI = 1.14, S% = 14%, as the cut-off value for judging benign and malignant salivary gland tumors, 87.5% of parotid gland tumors can be judged as benign and malignant by using only the above two parameters.
