本文利用水平电极撒样法的特点,结合有关发射光谱的激发理论拟定了用二氧化硅,碳粉为缓冲剂,Ge为内标,在大型光栅摄谱仪上以水平电极撒样的方式进行激发,采用增加电流强度和曝光量,来降低待测元素的检出限的办法,一次取样同时测定化探样品中的钨,锡,钼,铋的光谱定量方法。钨,锡,钼,铋四元素中要降低钨的检出限是比较困难的,本法加入一定量的二氧化硅有利于生成易挥发的氧化钨,使钨的谱线增强。加入适量的碳粉可提高弧温,加快试样的蒸发速度。以二氧化硅和碳粉为缓冲剂对稳定弧焰,降低待测元素的检出限有较好的作用。本法具有简便,快速,易掌握,成本低等特点。方法检出限:对钨1ppm,锡0.5ppm,钼,铋0.1ppm。通过对地矿部GSD化探标样及冶金部MGD标样进行测定、结果令人满意。

Through the determination of GSD geochemical target sample and MGD standard of Ministry of Geology and Minerals, the result is satisfactory.
