党的十七大深刻阐述了科学发展观的重要思想,并且把它作为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分写入党章,确立为“我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针”和“发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想”。学习贯彻十七大精神,一个非常重要的方面,就是深入学习和贯彻落实科学发展观,用科学发展观武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。
