1 引言在平衡条件下Ag-Ge合金为简单的共晶体系。Ge在Ag中的最大固溶度为9.6at.%,而Ag在Ge中的固溶度可忽略不计。人们先后用液态急冷和电沉积方法在Ge含量为9.6至25.9at.%的Ag-Ge合金中发现了hcp结构亚稳相。但是,该合金系却难以形成金属玻璃。到目前为止,只有Agarwal及其合作者,用液态急冷方法在Ag-22.5 at.% Ge合金中得到了部分金玻璃。
1 Introduction Ag-Ge alloys are simple eutectic systems under equilibrium conditions. The maximum solubility of Ge in Ag is 9.6 at.%, While the solubility of Ag in Ge is negligible. It has been liquid quenching and electrodeposition methods have been found in the Ge content of 9.6 to 25.9at.% Ag-Ge alloy hcp structural metastable phase. However, the alloy system is difficult to form metal glass. So far, only Agarwal and his collaborators have used liquid quenching to obtain a portion of gold glass in Ag-22.5 at.% Ge alloys.
