Bcl-2蛋白在人类胶质瘤中的表达水平与其分级的相关性研究

目的研究Bcl-2蛋白在人脑胶质瘤表达水平与组织学分级之间的相关性.方法收集不同病理级别人脑胶质细胞瘤标本47例,非肿瘤患者的正常脑组织10例.标本均行HE染色与SP免疫组织化学染色,分析Bcl-2蛋白表达程度与胶质细胞瘤恶性分级的关系.结果正常脑组织未见Bcl-2蛋白表达, Bcl-2的表达水平与人脑胶质细胞瘤的恶性程度呈正相关,Bcl-2在复发性脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达水平(84.6%)显著高于初发性脑胶质细胞瘤组(23.5%)( P<0.05).结论 Bcl-2在正常脑组织中不表达,Bcl-2的表
