牛皮癣并发肾小球肾炎国内已有报道,但并发 IgA 肾病的报告尚少,现将所遇1例报告如下。男,18岁。1988年7月无何诱因头面部皮肤出现大小不等的红斑,8月皮疹延及全身,诊断为“牛皮癣”。局部涂抹尿素软膏无效。9月15月出现肉眼血尿,无浮肿及高血压,住外院诊断为“急性肾炎”,经抗感染、中药等治疗,肉眼血尿消失,10月17月入我院。血压140/90。心肺正常。肝脾未触及。肾区无叩压痛。全身有较密集的点片状皮疹,表面复盖白色鳞屑,有脱屑,以头皮、前胸、上肢伸侧为多。血

Male, 18 years old.
