采用化学发光法和H2O2诱导PC12氧化损伤修复模型,对三种金耳菌丝体醇提物的抗氧化活性及PC12细胞氧化损伤的修复作用进行研究与比较。结果显示:三种醇提物均有良好的抗氧化活性,其中YK抗氧化活性最高,对H2O2清除率的IC50为28.66μg/mL,YK在相同浓度下对H2O2自由基的清除作用高于对超氧自由基的清除作用;三种醇提物对H2O2诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤都有修复作用,其中YK修复效果最好,当浓度为10μg/mL,50μg/mL和200μg/mL时,修复率分别为30.8%,40.6%和56.1%,呈现明显的浓度依赖性。
The chemiluminescence and H2O2-induced PC12 oxidative damage repair model was used to study the antioxidative activity of alcohol extract from three kinds of Mycorrhizal fungi and the repair effect of oxidative damage in PC12 cells. The results showed that the three alcoholic extracts had good antioxidant activity, of which YK had the highest antioxidant activity and the IC50 of H2O2 scavenging rate was 28.66μg / mL.
