蘑菇覆土,以前是用干土按大、中、小土粒分层进行的,后改成覆混合干土,覆干土后再进行调水,不少菇农因未掌握调水要领,调水不匀,导致培养料产生隔层,菌丝萌发生长不良,严重者则颗粒无收。此后又改用河泥砻糠覆土,虽然可提高蘑菇的产质量,但由于我地缺乏这种材料,且其工艺并不简便,故未能推开。为解决覆干土后调水的难题,我们从1986年起探索了改覆干混合土为覆湿混合土,蘑菇单产比覆干土的约增30%,且菇形圆正质量好,菇农容易接受。现将其做法简介如下:
