研究了不同稀土元素含量的Cu-Cr触头材料在低真空条件下的电击穿性能,通过试验测量不同稀土元素含量Cu-Cr触头材料的耐电压强度和阴阳两极间电压与距离的关系曲线。结果表明,稀土元素的加入可以显著提高Cu-Cr触头材料的耐电压强度并能缩短触头材料的灭弧距离,并且当稀土含量为0.20%时的效果比含量为0.06%时的更明显。
The electrical breakdown behavior of Cu-Cr contact materials with different RE contents under low vacuum conditions was studied. The relationship between the dielectric strength of Cu-Cr contact material with different REE content and the voltage and distance between the cathode and the anode was measured curve. The results show that the addition of rare earth element can significantly improve the dielectric strength of Cu-Cr contact material and shorten the arc-extinguishing distance of the contact material, and the effect is more obvious when the content of rare earth is 0.20% than the content of 0.06% .
