本实验研究,是把Westar雌性大鼠1月龄24只及6月龄24只分别分成实验组和对照组。实验组动物按Vit_E5mg/g体重经口灌胃一次性投与。在实验组投与溶于鱼肝油中的大剂量Vit_E和仅给对照组灌胃不含Vit_E的等体积鱼肝油之后的48h断头处死动物,用TBA法测定血清与肝脏LPO含量,以DTN B法测定血清与肝脏GSH—Px活性。实验结果表明:①在投与大剂量Vit_E48h的短时间内,6月龄和1月龄大鼠的血清、肝
In this experimental study, 24 female Wistar rats aged 24 months and 24 female rats aged 6 months were divided into experimental and control groups, respectively. Animals in the experimental group were administered by oral gavage with Vit_E5mg/g body weight. The animals were sacrificed 48 hours after administration of large doses of Vit_E dissolved in cod liver oil and equal volumes of cod liver oil without Vit_E to the control group. Serum and liver LPO levels were measured by TBA method, and serum was measured by DTN B method. With liver GSH-Px activity.
