研究金属材料的抗空蚀性能是研究空化剥蚀问题的一个重要方面。提高材料的抗空蚀性能,选用抗空蚀性能优异的材料是目前工程上减轻或避免空化剥蚀危害的途径之一。本文提出了近年来在磁致伸缩激振空蚀器上进行金属材料空蚀试验的结果:其中有普通金属类、铸铁类、钢类、铜基合金类以及表面喷焊合金涂层等廿余种材料在自来水、蒸馏水、海水、泥浆水、含砂水中的试验结果,并作了分析讨论。还对材料的相对抗空蚀能力的比较依据作了探讨。
Studying the cavitation resistance of metal materials is an important aspect to study cavitation erosion. It is one of the ways to reduce or avoid the damage of cavitation and denudation in the current engineering to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the material and to select materials with excellent anti-cavitation performance. In this paper, we present the results of cavitation erosion test on magnetostrictively excavated cavitations in recent years. Among them, there are more than twenty common cavities, such as cast iron, steel, copper-based alloy and surface sprayed alloy coating The test results of the kinds of materials in tap water, distilled water, seawater, muddy water and sandy water were analyzed and discussed. The relative resistance to cavitation erosion of materials was also discussed.
