准确把握烟草物流中心的成本构成以及进行有效的成本管理,弥补现行物流中心成本管理上的缺陷,实现卷烟物流中心的高效率、低成本运作,是烟草公司目前面临的关键问题。本文以安顺卷烟物流中心的成本管理为例,在阐述物流成本管理的内涵及特点基础上,分析了卷烟物流中心成本管理的现状,指出其成本管理中存在的问题,并针对其问题提出了改进措施。
