目的:探讨分析双螺旋CT薄层增强3期扫描在小肝癌诊断中的作用及价值。方法:回顾分析我院接收的64例患者使用双螺旋CT薄层增强3期扫描诊断,共检查出48个小肝癌。由经验资深的医师将图像进行分析统计,计算小肝癌的检出率。结果:48个小肝癌在动脉期的检出率为87.5%,在门静脉期的检出率为62.5%,在延迟期的检出率为93.8%,动脉+静脉+延迟的检出率为95.8%。结论:使用双螺旋CT薄层增强3期扫描能够提高小肝癌的检出率,有助于提高小肝癌的诊断水平。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role and value of three-phase thin-slice double-helical CT scanning in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 64 patients received in our hospital using double helical CT thin-layer enhanced three-phase scan diagnosis, a total of 48 small liver cancer were detected. Experienced doctors will analyze the statistics of the image to calculate the detection rate of small liver cancer. Results: The detection rate of 48 small HCCs in the arterial phase was 87.5%, in the portal vein phase was 62.5%, in the delayed phase was 93.8%, and that of the artery + vein + delay was 95.8 %. Conclusion: The double-helical CT thin-layer enhanced three-phase scanning can improve the detection rate of small hepatocellular carcinoma and help to improve the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
