本实验的目的主要在于制造大鼠小肠移植模型,改进某些操作技术。供体用Brown-NorwaY鼠,腹部中线切口后将小肠置于左侧腹外,显肠系膜上动脉及静脉,分离后切下空肠25cm,肠袢于4℃保存备用。受体用Lewis鼠,在距十二指肠空肠韧带3cm左右切断空肠,将移植肠段置入,用S-0丝线作端端单层吻合术。作者共施行实验92次,最初10次为预备性实验,正式实验分两个阶段,第一阶段移植51次,存活率52%;第二阶段移植31次,存活率80.6%。均达到目前文献报告水平。结果证明作者的手术方法及移植形
