目的 探讨微血管密度与食管癌生物学行为的关系及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法 ,对6 0例食管鳞状细胞癌患者手术切除标本进行血管内皮细胞CD34标记 ,计数 2 0 0×视野下 5个最高密度区的微血管数 ,取及均数即为MVD值 ,分析MVD与不同临床病理因素之间的关系。结果 MVD平均值为 31.8± 10 .3,与癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移明显相关。结论 MVD是预测食管鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的一个有用指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between microvessel density and biological behavior of esophageal cancer and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect CD34 of vascular endothelial cells in 60 specimens of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and count the number of microvessels in the 5 highest density areas MVD value, analyze the relationship between MVD and different clinicopathological factors. Results The mean MVD was 31.8 ± 10.3, which was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion MVD is a useful predictor of biological behavior of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
