在三次采油过程中,聚合物驱是油田增油降水的主要手段,对聚合物驱发效果起主要做用的是聚合物溶液的流体粘度与地下原油粘度的合理比值范围。当分子量和注入浓度定时,注入工艺等各项条件的变化,明显影响注入流体的粘度和聚驱的发效果。因此从地面配制注入体系源头上提高聚合物的粘度保留率,对降低聚合物干粉用量,保证聚合物驱发效果有重大意义。
In the process of tertiary recovery, polymer flooding is the main means of increasing oil precipitation in oilfield. The main function of polymer flooding is the reasonable ratio of fluid viscosity of polymer solution to the viscosity of underground crude oil. When the molecular weight and concentration of injection timing, injection process and other conditions change, significantly affect the viscosity of the injected fluid and poly flooding hair effect. Therefore, preparation of injection system from the ground to improve the polymer’s viscosity retention rate, to reduce the amount of polymer dry powder to ensure the effectiveness of polymer flooding is of great significance.
