Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 75% to 80% of lung cancers. The 5-year survival rate has not exceeded 15% in the past few decades. AKT is a serine / threonine protein kinase, also known as protein kinase B, which is the expression product of proto-oncogene C-AKT, which is involved in the PI3K-mediated signal transduction of cancer cells and is located at the pivotal position of this signaling pathway. Phosphorylation of both T-308 and S-473 sites is an activated form of AKT. Activated AKT plays an important role in inhibiting cell apoptosis, promoting cell motility, promoting cell proliferation and tumor invasion. It is closely related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
