5-FU是近20年来最广泛应用的细胞毒药物。5-FU单药或联合其它药物化疗是晚期结直肠癌最常用的治疗方案。它的副反应主要发生在胃肠道粘膜和骨髓。本文观察5-FU对人和动物血脂水平的影响。 7例晚期结肠癌和3例晚期乳癌病人采用5-FU单药化疗,500mg/(m~2.d),静滴,连用3～5天。动物组9只家兔分成二组,5只用5-FU 12mg/(kg.d),另4只用5-FU 18mg/
5-FU is the most widely used cytotoxic drug in the past 20 years. 5-FU alone or in combination with other chemotherapy is the most commonly used treatment for advanced colorectal cancer. Its side effects mainly occur in the gastrointestinal mucosa and bone marrow. This article was to observe the effect of 5-FU on blood lipid levels in humans and animals. Seven patients with advanced colon cancer and three patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with 5-FU single-agent chemotherapy, 500 mg/(m~2.d), intravenously for 3 to 5 days. In the animal group, 9 rabbits were divided into two groups. Five were 5-FU 12 mg/(kg.d) and the other 4 were 5-FU 18 mg/kg.
