针对某厂10辊800型钢矫直机,基于大型非线性有限元分析软件Marc,建立了角钢矫直过程的三维动态有限元仿真模型,模拟了20#角钢在小变形矫直方案、不同相对原始曲率情况下的矫直过程,研究分析了矫直过程中角钢特定点应力应变的变化规律以及各矫直辊的矫直力分布规律,为优化矫直工艺提供依据。
Based on the large non-linear finite element analysis software Marc, a three-dimensional dynamic finite element simulation model of the angle steel straightening process is established for a 10-roller 800 steel straightening machine of a factory. The 20 # angle steel is simulated in a small deformation straightening program, The curvature of the process of straightening, the analysis of the angle of the steel during stress-strain changes and the straightening force distribution of the law, to provide the basis for optimizing the straightening process.
