本研究对硫柳汞、戊二醛以及硫柳汞-戊二醛双重处理的异种血管进行了形态学和动物排斥反应实验观察.证实:①经戊二醛处理的血管质地僵硬,管壁各种成份完整保留。虽然其平滑肌细胞仍有较强的抗原性,但肢原纤维和弹性纤维的抗原性极低。②经硫柳汞处理的血管质地柔软,管壁各种细胞成份消失,但尚存的细胞残骸及弹性纤维和胶原纤维仍有较强的抗原性。③经硫柳汞-戊二醛双重处理的血管结合了前两者的优点,成为一种抗原性较低,顺应性良好的弹性胶原纤维管道。
In this study, morphological and animal rejection experiments were conducted on allogeneic blood vessels treated with thimerosal, glutaraldehyde and thimerosal-glutaraldehyde.It was confirmed that: ①The blood vessels treated with glutaraldehyde were stiff and all the components of the wall were completely preserved . Although its smooth muscle cells are still strong antigenicity, but limbal fibrillation and elastic fiber antigenicity is extremely low. ② thimerosal treatment of vascular soft texture, the wall of a variety of cell components disappear, but the remaining cell debris and elastic fibers and collagen fibers still have strong antigenicity. ③ thimerosal - glutaraldehyde dual treatment of blood vessels combined with the advantages of the former two, as a lower antigenicity, good compliance elastic collagen fibers.
