There are more than 36,000 people in the Qishi Commune of Dongguan County, Guangdong Province, divided into 10 brigades. The communes have a health center and there are 67 medical staff. The ten brigades have a total of 17 health posts and 42 barefoot doctors. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s “6·26” directive, from 1970 onwards, medical staff of the communes’ hospitals regularly communicated with barefoot doctors, that is, the medical staff of the hospitals went to the brigade’s cooperative medical station in batches and in batches. When barefoot doctors treat the poor and middle-income farmers to prevent and treat diseases, they participate in collective production and labor while the displaced barefoot doctors are sent to the hospital to study. Practice has proved that doing so is of great significance in consolidating and developing cooperative medical care, transforming the medical and health team, raising the level of barefoot doctors, improving rural health, promoting the health revolution, and implementing the proletariat’s comprehensive dictatorship of the bourgeoisie on the medical and health front. . The following is a brief summary of the discussion experience of some of the barefoot doctors, doctors of hospitals, and doctors of cooperative medical stations invited by our magazine.
