这两天看到两则关于吃糖的科普消息,一时间,不知吃糖好呢还是不吃糖好。消息之一是,吃糖有助于缓解人的暴躁情绪。试验中,两组被试人员在面对研究人员的挑衅时,之前喝过加糖饮料的那组人员表现得更沉稳,更有克制力。研究人员猜测,这可能是吃下的糖能为人的大脑提供更充足的能量,从而稳定住人的情绪。
