小麦白粉病现已成为全国性甚至世界性主要病害之一,也是目前宁夏小麦生产的主要病害。通过开展宁夏主栽和新培育25份优质春小麦品种(系)白粉病在苗期和成株期田间自然发病和诱发发病的调查分析,了解宁夏主栽和新选育春小麦品种(系)抗病性。结果表明:宁夏现阶段主栽和推广品种(系)多数不抗白粉病。苗期表现高抗的品种(系)主要有11MJ557、11MJ555、M6553、11M1243,中抗品种(系)主要有12MJ376、H4670、N618;成株期仅有11MJ557和N618表现中度抗病,且在不同地区发病程度表现略有差异。建议加强11MJ557、11MJ555、N618、12MJ376等小麦品种(系)的试验示范力度,力求生产上尽早推广应用,在科研上也可作为优异种质资源创新利用。
Wheat powdery mildew has now become one of the major national and even worldwide diseases, and is also the major disease in the production of wheat in Ningxia. Through the investigation and analysis of the natural and induced pathogens of 25 high quality spring wheat cultivars (lines) and powdery mildew (SP) in Ningxia, the main cultivars and newly cultivated spring wheat cultivars Sex. The results showed that most cultivars (lines) of Ningxia at the present stage were not resistant to powdery mildew. There were mainly 11MJ557, 11MJ555, M6553 and 11M1243 cultivars with high resistance at seedling stage and 12MJ376, H4670 and N618 in medium resistant varieties (lines). Only 11MJ557 and N618 showed moderate disease resistance at adult stage, The incidence of different regions showed slightly different. It is suggested to intensify the experimental demonstrations of 11MJ557, 11MJ555, N618, 12MJ376 and other wheat varieties (lines) so as to promote their application as early as possible in production and be used as innovative germplasm resources in scientific research.
