目的分析北京市门头沟区居民碘盐食用情况,为消除碘缺乏病(IDD)防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用中国CDC国家碘缺乏病参照实验室制定的《碘盐监测方案》。结果 2005-2010年共检测1728份居民户食盐,合格碘盐1 598份,不合格碘盐48份,非碘盐77份,碘盐覆盖率为95.25%(1 646/1 728),碘盐合格率为97.08%(1 598/1 646),合格碘盐食用率为92.48%(1 598/1 728),非碘盐率为4.46%(77/1 728)。结论门头沟区居民户合格碘盐达到了国家消除IDD的控制标准,但还存在不合格碘盐、非碘盐冲击问题,今后还应继续做好居民户碘盐的监测、供应、盐业执法和大众的健康教育工作。
Objective To analyze the consumption of iodized salt in residents of Mentougou District in Beijing and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease (IDD). Methods The iodized salt monitoring program developed by China CDC national iodine deficiency disorders reference laboratory was used. Results A total of 1728 household salt, 1 598 qualified iodized salt, 48 unqualified iodized salt, 77 non-iodized salt, 95.25% (1 646/1 728) iodized salt, iodized salt The pass rate was 97.08% (1 598/1 646), the eligible iodine salt consumption rate was 92.48% (1 598/1 728), and the non-iodized salt rate was 4.46% (77/1 728). Conclusion The qualified iodized salt of households in Mentougou District has reached the national control standard of IDD elimination, but there are still problems of unqualified iodized salt and non-iodized salt.
