目的:探讨16层螺旋CT曲面重建(CPR)技术在泌尿系梗阻疾病中的应用价值。方法:采用16层螺旋CT薄层扫描并利用曲面重建(CPR)技术对36例泌尿系积水病人进行检查。结果:肾结石3例,输尿管结石14例,神经源性膀胱2例,占位性病变8例,先天性发育畸形3例,输尿管良性狭窄1例,肾盂肾炎4例,膀胱炎1例。36例患者均可明确诊断。结论:多层螺旋CT分辨率高,检查时间短,曲面重建彩色相片可增加图像的真实感,可作为泌尿系统梗阻疾病的有价值的诊断方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT surface reconstruction (CPR) in urinary tract obstruction. Methods: Thirty-six patients with urinary tract hydronephrosis were examined by 16-slice spiral CT thin-layer scanning and surface reconstruction (CPR) technique. Results: There were 3 cases of kidney stones, 14 cases of ureteral calculi, 2 cases of neurogenic bladder, 8 cases of space-occupying lesions, 3 cases of congenital malformations, 1 case of ureteral stricture, 4 cases of pyelonephritis and 1 case of cystitis. 36 patients can confirm the diagnosis. Conclusion: MSCT has the advantages of high resolution, short examination time and the curved surface reconstruction of color photographs, which can increase the realism of the images and can be used as a valuable diagnostic method for urological disorders.
