本文建立了履带起重机变幅机构的3质量3自由度动态系统模型,并对不同工作状态下的动态系统模型进行仿真,得到了吊重和臂架各变量的动态响应曲线。经分析可知:变幅机构在某一初始角度下开始变幅工作时,为了计算机构最大动载荷,臂架与水平夹角可以看成常数,将系统简化为双质量双自由度的模型,这样既能达到计算精度,又能简化计算;在变幅机构作业过程中,由于钢丝绳弹性引起的动载荷比较小,在计算动载荷时可以不考虑。
In this paper, the 3-DOF 3-DOF dynamic system model of the crawler crane luffing mechanism was established, and the dynamic system model under different working conditions was simulated. The dynamic response curves of the hoisting and boom variables were obtained. The analysis shows that when the luffing mechanism begins luffing at an initial angle, in order to calculate the maximum dynamic load of the mechanism, the angle between the boom and the horizontal can be regarded as a constant, and the system can be simplified as a model of double mass and two degrees of freedom Which can not only achieve the calculation accuracy but also simplify the calculation. During the operation of the luffing mechanism, the dynamic load caused by the wire rope elasticity is relatively small and can not be taken into account when calculating the dynamic load.
