汽车制造业是国民经济重要的支柱产业,职业人群逐年增多,汽车制造业职业病危害因素对工人的健康影响也引起广泛关注。汽车制造工艺包含了冲压、焊接、涂装、总装四大类。汽车制造业存在的职业病危害包括粉尘、化学因素、物理因素、负重、不良体位和重复性劳动等。汽车制造行业职业病危害因素对工人健康的影响涉及多个系统和器官,主要累及呼吸系统、听觉系统、血液系统等,引起尘肺、职业性噪声聋、白血病等职业损害。作者从汽车制造业的工艺流程、存在的职业病危害因素以及对健康的影响几个方面综述了汽车制造业职业病危害因素对工人健康影响研究进展的情况。为进一步深入研究提供参考。
Automobile manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, and the occupational population is increasing year by year. The health effects of occupational hazards in the automobile manufacturing industry on workers also attract wide attention. Automotive manufacturing process includes stamping, welding, painting, assembly four categories. Occupational hazards in the automobile manufacturing industry include dust, chemical factors, physical factors, weight, poor posture and repetitive work. The impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers in the automobile manufacturing industry involves many systems and organs, mainly involving the respiratory system, auditory system, and blood system, causing occupational injuries such as pneumoconiosis, occupational noise, and leukemia. The author summarizes the research progress on the health effects of occupational hazards in automobile manufacturing from several aspects such as the technological process of automobile manufacturing industry, the existing occupational hazards and the impact on health.
