“节约奖”和奖金节约本是两个不同概念。在经济生活中,它们却又常常发生矛盾。据报载,中国华能公司温州电子电器厂1984年研制成功的ZQ—84型汽车高能点火装置,能量超过美、日、德、苏等国同类产品的1～2倍,价格只相当其1/10。经试用证明,这种装置除能净化汽车废气外,还可使汽车节油10～20％。然而,此产品研制成功已六年,至今仍无法推广。据了解,其主要原因是目前全国所有单位几乎都给司机节油奖,如果某单位安装了新的节能装置,无疑就要降低耗油标准,司机就将减少节油奖。因此,谁也不愿把“节约奖”节约下来!
