特拉法尔加海战是发生在200多年前的一场以弱胜强的著名战例.文章对特拉法尔加海战中的英国舰队和法西联合舰队的兵力部署进行了分析,引入了兰彻斯特平方律方程并对其结果进行了应用分析,将集中优势兵力的作战原则应用到特拉法尔加海战中,利用0～1整数规划, 建立了在总兵力不占优的情况下,选择最佳歼敌目标的数学模型.对模型中的2个参数进行了估计,并用分枝定界法对模型进行了求解,该解和当年的获胜方英军采取的策略完全一致.
