高校转型过程中,地方民族师范学院的人才培养定位于服务于地方的应用型人才,在学前教育应用型人才培养过程中,幼儿园课程研发能力无疑是该专业学生执业的核心能力,这一能力的形成既有赖于学前教育基本理论的学习,同时也需要学生们经过专门的实践,在实践中发现课程研发工作是如何一步步完成,所学理论又是如何应用于实践的。笔者的学校位于满族聚居区,为了更有效地培养学生这种能力,在学科教学中一边学习相关理论,一边以满族民间文化为资源进行幼儿园课程的研发,本文介绍了在课程研发过程中的经历与思考。
