钢结构腐蚀过程受很多因素影响,产生的损伤程度不同,引起的钢结构危害程度、速度等也不同。目前,对于钢结构腐蚀检测技术的研究处于迅速发展的阶段。腐蚀检测的方法可分为非电化学检测方法和电化学检测方法两大类,其中前者包括:表观检查法、超声波法、涡流法、声发射法等等;后者包括线性极化法、交流阻抗法、电化学噪声法等等。本文在这里对各种检测方法的优缺点及适用范围进行总结并探讨。目前常用的钢结构腐蚀损伤的检测方法很多,本文在参照了相关文献的基础上,探讨并总结了钢结构腐蚀损伤相关的各种检测技术,并指出了他们各自的适用范围和优缺点。
The corrosion process of steel structure is affected by many factors, resulting in different degrees of damage, the degree of harm caused by the steel structure, the speed is also different. At present, the research on corrosion detection technology of steel structures is in a rapidly developing stage. The corrosion detection methods can be divided into two categories: non-electrochemical detection method and electrochemical detection method, the former including: visual inspection method, ultrasonic method, eddy current method, acoustic emission method, etc. The latter includes linear polarization method, AC impedance method, electrochemical noise method and so on. This article here on the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods and scope of application are summarized and discussed. Currently, there are many detection methods for corrosion damage of steel structures. Based on the relevant literature, this paper discusses and summarizes various detection techniques related to corrosion damage of steel structures, and points out their respective applicable scope and advantages and disadvantages.
