目的探讨360°采集对提高女性心肌血流灌注显像的作用。方法对20名正常女性行常规L模式180°和H模式360°心肌灌注显像采集,通过目测结合极坐标靶心图的定量分析,获得心肌核素稀疏或缺损的节段数以及心肌各壁的平均计数百分比。结果所有受检者中,常规模式断层图像可见14个节段的放射性减低,而H模式采集仅见6个稀疏节段。采用H模式,前壁、前侧壁和后间隔的稀疏可消失,而心尖、下壁、后壁和前间隔的稀疏仍然存在。L模式前壁、前侧壁和后间隔的平均计数百分比分别为(75.12±5.83)%、(79.81±7.08)%和(76.81±5.85)%,H模式分别为(80.39±3.50)%、(87.39±2.20)%和(80.88±4.45)%,两种模式差异有统计学意义(P分别<0.01、0.01和0.05)。结论 H模式360°采集可以有效地减少乳房组织衰减引起的伪影,而且图像质量优于L模式180°采集。
Objective To investigate the effect of 360 ° acquisition on myocardial perfusion imaging in female. Methods 20 normal women underwent routine L-mode 180 ° and H-mode 360 ° myocardial perfusion imaging. Quantitative analysis of polar coordinates with a bull’s-eye target map obtained the number of sparse or defect segments and the mean Count the percentage. Results Of all the subjects, 14 lesions were found to be radioactively reduced in the conventional mode tomograms, while only 6 sparse ones were observed in the H-mode acquisition. With H-mode, the sparsity of the anterior, anterior, and posterior compartments can disappear, while the apex, inferior wall, posterior wall, and sparse sparse anterior septum still persist. The average percentages of anterior wall, anterior wall and posterior septum in L mode were (75.12 ± 5.83)%, (79.81 ± 7.08)% and (76.81 ± 5.85)%, respectively, and those in H mode were (80.39 ± 3.50)% and 87.39 ± 2.20)% and (80.88 ± 4.45)%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two modes (P <0.01, 0.01 and 0.05 respectively). Conclusion H-mode 360 ° acquisition can effectively reduce the artifacts caused by breast tissue attenuation, and the image quality is better than L-mode 180 ° acquisition.
