[目的]观察芹菜对小鼠卵巢组织Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响。[方法]给予实验组动物芹菜汁灌胃,分别于灌胃7d、14d时分批处死动物,免疫组化方法观察Bcl-2和Bax表达情况。[结果]灌胃7d高剂量组与对照组比较Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义。灌胃14d中、高剂量组与对照组比较Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义。[结论]芹菜能诱导颗粒细胞的凋亡。
[Objective] To observe the effect of celery on the protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in mouse ovarian tissue. [Method] The celery juice was given to the experimental group by gavage. Animals were sacrificed on the 7th and 14th day respectively. The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was observed by immunohistochemistry. [Result] Compared with the control group, the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in the high-dose 7-day gavage group was significantly different. There was significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax between the high-dose group and the control group on the 14th day after gavage. [Conclusion] Celery can induce the apoptosis of granulosa cells.
