1.临床资料 全组18例,男性12例,女性6例,年龄最小者28岁,最大者68岁。病变部位,癌瘤下缘距肛门7～8cm10例,9cm5例,10～12cm3例。肿瘤距下切缘的长度,距下缘5cm2例,距肿瘤下切缘3cm16例。病理类型及分期:隆起型5例,局部溃疡型8例,侵润溃疡型4例,低分化型腺癌1例,Dukes分期B期6例,C期11例,D期1例。
1. Clinical data 18 cases in the whole group, 12 males and 6 females, the youngest 28 years old, the largest 68 years old. Lesions were located in the lower edge of the tumor from the anus of 7 to 8 cm in 10 cases, 9 cm in 5 cases, and 10 to 12 cm in 3 cases. The length of the tumor margin from the inferior margin, 5cm2 from the lower edge of the case, from the tumor margin of 3cm16 cases. Pathological types and staging: 5 cases of uplift type, 8 cases of local ulcer type, 4 cases of invasion ulcer type, 1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of Dukes stage B stage, 11 cases of C stage, 1 case of D stage.
