1.本文报告了上海大众、太原、上海第二、东北第六等四个药厂共7个不同时期的TMP产品对小白鼠急性毒性实验结果,探讨了TMP毒性与存放时间的关系。 2.上海大众与太原两药厂73年产品存放至1975年其毒性均有增加,但自75年后随存放时间延长其毒性未显示进一步增加。 3.上海第二药厂74年产品,存放至75年和77年两次实验结果无明显差异;东北第六药厂73年、74年和76年三个时期的产品,存放至77年和79年两次实验结果,也无显著差异,显示两药厂产品毒性随存放时间延长未进一步增加,但因两个厂的产品均未做当年的毒性测定,故无法与产品当年的毒性进行比较。 4.上海大众药厂77年产品当年所做小鼠急性毒性LD_(50)与存放至79年所做LD_(50)两个时期的毒性无显著差别,显示毒性未进一步增加,但均较该厂73年产品毒性为大。 5.毒性症状:各药厂生一产的TMP对小白鼠的毒性症状相似,但随剂量大小而显示轻重不同。本文对影响TMP毒性的因素也进行了讨论。

This paper reports the acute toxicity test results of TMP products from four different pharmaceutical companies, Shanghai Volkswagen, Taiyuan, Shanghai No. 2 and No. 6 Northeast China, on the toxicity of TMP to mice and the relationship between TMP toxicity and storage time. 2. Toxicity Symptoms: The TMP produced by each pharmaceutical factory has similar toxicity symptoms to mice, but shows different severity depending on the dosage. This article also discussed the factors that affect TMP toxicity.
